At KiddyCave, we want you and your little ones to love your purchase. We offer a transparent 30-day return window to ensure complete peace of mind.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, and undamaged.

It must have all original product tags attached.

It must be kept securely inside its original packaging.

You will need to provide the receipt, invoice, or valid proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Important Note: Items sent back to us without first explicitly requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how and where to dispatch your package.
All authorized returns must be securely shipped directly to our main verification hub at the following address:

3. Damages, Defectives, and Transit Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours at kiddycave1409@gmail.com if the product is defective, structurally damaged, or if you received the wrong item/variant. Please attach clear photos or a short video of the defect so our team can evaluate the issue instantly and replace it right away.
4. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to promotional and operational rules:

We cannot accept returns on items purchased during clearance sales, final markdowns, or special promotional offers.

Gift cards are completely non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure your child gets exactly what they want (such as a different cartoon character or color variant) is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is received and accepted by our warehouse team, you can make a separate, independent purchase for the new item on our store.
6. Verification and Refunds Process
We will notify you immediately via email once we have received, opened, and inspected your returned package at our Indore facility. We will let you know if the refund status stands approved or rejected based on the product condition.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original online payment method (UPI, NetBanking, Credit/Debit Card) within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it can take additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to settle and post the funds back into your account statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't seen it, please reach out to us immediately at kiddycave1409@gmail.com.
